Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Lagos: 1–2 business days
- Other States (Major Cities): 2–4 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Nigeria. Payment is made to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure you inspect your item before making payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS with tracking details where available.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, a redelivery fee may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
